Fertile Ground: A 4 - week practice space of nourishment, learning & communing
Week 1
We open with the 3-card Fertile Ground Tarot Spread, creating our container for the 4 weeks.
Card 1 represents the soil:
A mantra to come back to, helping me connect with my spirit
Card 2 represents the compost:
What I am transforming these next 4 weeks
Card 3 represents the seed:
What I am cultivating in my life over the next 4 weeks (and beyond)
We will then perform a ritual to initiate our work together.
Week 2
We will check in about how the previous week felt for you.
I will guide you through a grounding practice.
The practice for connecting with the Fertile Ground inside of you this week will be Yoga Nidra. I will guide you into a shape that feels most supportive for you, and then will share a nidra practice. Learn more here.
There will be space to doodle, journal, and share more about your experience at the end of the session.
Week 3
We will check in about how the previous week felt for you.
I will guide you through a grounding practice.
The practice for this week will be a sound immersion. The vibrations of sound bowls, a gong, and other instruments will help you: settle into your body, offer ease to your nervous system, and bring awareness to your internal world.
You will be guided to connect with your breath, to make sounds, and to receive rest.
Week 4
We will check in about how the previous week felt for you.
I will guide you through a final grounding practice.
We will revisit the cards pulled at the start of the journey, and how you relate to them after the 4 weeks. You will have space to reflect on your experiences, to name what you feel has shifted, and to ask questions.
We will close our container with a ritual rooted in gratitude and celebration.
Investment: $200 ($50 a session)
4 spaces available a month
You will need to schedule a Virtual Consultation with me for us to make sure we are a good fit.
If we move forward together, the $5 will go towards your $200 for the offering. If we do not move forward together, I will refund you your $5.
