What is “Feeling Yourself”?

A beginner-accessible, outdoor yoga class in Carrboro, NC on Mondays - mornings or evenings TBD.

Imagine slower movement rooted in the intention to help participants “feel themselves” more clearly, through breath, movement, and the connection between the two. This will be a space to practice self-curiosity and self-attunement. Play is also very important to me, so you can expect some of that energy too.

Sliding scale: $8 to $15 per class.

What is yoga nidra?

A space for inviting in the Goddess of Rest

I love this description from my training with Tracee Stanley and Dr. Chanti Tacoronte-Perez:

“Yoga nidra is a technique, a Goddess, and a state of consciousness described as peace beyond words, where there is no thought.”

Every practice of Yoga Nidra will offer you something different. I see this as a space for the body to receive exquisite care and attention. This is an opportunity to create a nest for yourself, with guidance from me, rooted in the intention to practice offering love and complete comfort to the body. A portal connecting your body with deep rest.

For me, Nidra has been an incredible tool for tending to my nervous system. I have another client who experienced unexpected relief from persistent shoulder pain.
