Co-creating & settling into the vision for our time together.

Week 2: Exploring & identifying internal & external resources you.

Experiencing self-communion & nervous system settling with sound bowls

Week 3: Continued practice of deep listening, attunement & communion of your mind, body & spirit (may include tarot, sound bowls, yoga nidra, and/or mediumship)

Week 4: Settling in to the felt sense of the fertile ground inside of you one more time together.

Closing by planting a seed / a dream / a wish/ a prayer in your fertile ground & calling in support from your Guides to help you steward & grow what you planted.

You will have the opportunity to:

• experience connection with ancestors and Spirit guides

• experience support from sound bowls

• experience validation & guidance from tarot cards

• commune with yourself and explore what you need in a non-judgmental space

Investment

Because this is the first iteration of this virtual, 1-1 offering, the investment will be $150 for the entire experience, or $37.50 for each 1 hour session.
