Week 2: Exploring & identifying what resources you & experiencing self-communion with sound bowls

Week 3: Continued practice of deep listening, attunement & communion of your mind, body & spirit

Week 4: Seeing, feeling, creating & trusting a path forward

You will have the opportunity to:

• experience connection with ancestors and Spirit guides

• commune with yourself and explore what you need in a non-judgmental space

Because this is the first iteration of this virtual, 1-1 offering, the investment will be $150 for the entire experience, or $37.50 for each 1 hour session.
